Learn to be an expert babysitter! You will know how to make a resume to present to a potential employer along with your babysitting course certificate. Bring your characters, environments, props, and storyboards to life. Explore light and shade, perspective, color theory, and basic design techniques. Not only will the characters look more dimensional, but the environments and objects will also be more believable. Draw and Paint Sea Animals – $147
Whales! Starfish! Dolphins! Sharks! Learn to draw and paint sea creatures. Experience how easy it is to draw sea creatures using the 5 basic elements of shape. This class serves as an introduction to several fine art skills including shading, light logic, texture, vanishing point perspective and understanding proper proportion. Students will continue to artistic confidence and the ability to make creative compositional choices. This class will help students work toward developing independent drawing skills.
Entrepreneur Camp – $127
What goes into having a business? How do I even start one and what should I sell? Who will buy my products? Explore all these topics in this fun-filled class where kids are encouraged to be creative in coming up with their businesses, but they also study supply & demand, how to determine a price, what makes prices fluctuate, an introduction to banks and bank accounts and different forms of businesses. Also learn how to market and what the most effective ways of selling will be. On the last day of camp the students will have an opportunity to have their own small store and sell their goods or services to fellow camp students.
Galactic Warrior Training – $147
A fun and exciting adventure where kids learn the ways of the Jedi according to the 5 precepts of the Jedi Code. Each student will create their own Jedi name and character for the class, participate in fun Jedi training adventures to help develop their coordination, balance and timing, and learn how to wield a lightsaber using Form I: Shii – Cho, the basic Lightsaber Combat form. Their training will conclude with a dazzling choreographed fight to be performed at the end of camp.

Holistic Cooking & Nutrition – $147
Come learn to prepare your food in a holistic way, thinking of the nutrients going into your body and their function. This is a hands-on make from scratch cooking class. This is a perfect way to introduce new foods to kids! The recipes are so simple that the students can even make them at home.

Students will learn the basics of programming by creating their first app. Students will use Multi Media Fusion 2 to program and design their apps, and learn both concrete development skills and principles of design.
Intro to Web Design – $127
In this class students will learn how to design their own basic website, using basic HTML, editing, tags, text formatting, graphics & pictures, tables, and links. Students will learn how to hand-code HTML and will explore the HTML Color Codes (Hexidecimal) system. At the end of class students will be able to create their own basic website and demonstrate their knowledge of HTML & CSS.

You will love making your own jewelry. Technique in basic jewelry making will be taught, and you will learn about mixing colors and shapes. Movies By You – $127
Storytelling is one of the greatest art forms known to man. It turns out to also be one of the toughest art forms to master! In this camp, we will be making our own short films!
We will discuss the key technical techniques and story archetypes which make films great and then start developing our own short films by storyboarding, working in teams to act, record, use the correct lighting, adding sound and editing. Students will learn all facets of the production process i.e.: writing, editing, cinematography, directing, etc.
Musical Theater – $147
Your kids will be singing, dancing and acting in an original musical. Taught by working industry pros, student will get their first taste of “the boards.” In addition to learning performing skills, they’ll help collect props, build sets, have input in their costumes, and so much more. It’s our mission to provide a venue for our children to express their creativity, build self esteem, develop public speaking skills, and work with others. All leading to a performance in front of a live audience!

Nut Free Cooking & Baking – $147
Not only will students learn to cook and bake with healthy ingredients, but they will also learn to do so in recipes that are gluten-free and vegan, while also avoiding nuts, which are often used as substitutes for ingredients in other recipes. This camp teaches delicious recipes that can be used for any diet, even the most restrictive. The emphasis is always on good nutrition and fun!
On Camera Acting & Auditioning – $127
This fast-paced fun filled class will encompass all aspects of working in front of the camera. We will cover many different styles and genres including: Sit Com, Episodic television; both drama and comedy, and film
Students will learn how to:

- all aspects of the entertainment industry including the roles of all the people who work behind the scenes.

This class is for anyone interested in learning what it takes to be an actor working in the entertainment industry, in addition this class will provide a wonderful opportunity for students to explore other professions available in television and film.
Photography Camp – $127
This course is an introduction to the basics of digital photography. We will cover camera models, the mechanics of a camera, and becoming comfortable with your equipment. We will explore how to find and use light, as well as demonstrate composition and perspective techniques. We will explore various types of photography while studying famous photographers and their work. Students will receive basic instruction on techniques, review several samples of desired outcomes, and participate in class demonstrations. Students will experience many different lighting scenarios, such as bright sunlight, open shade, in a room with a window, and in rooms with no windows.
At the end of the course, students will know how to use the features of their camera so they can control the appearance of their photographs, have a full understanding of natural and artificial lighting situations, see how composition can add to or detract from an image, understand perspective, and seek more creative ways to craft their photographs.
Supplies needed: Students must bring a digital camera for them to use during class time. Cameras with a manual option will provide the broadest education, but any digital camera can be used, even a smart phone camera.

This is the core program of Kids Can Code, introducing the idea of a programming language and what it means to tell a computer what to do. 2-D Video Gaming session takes students through the entire video game making process using Scratch, an MIT-designed programming language for youth. Scratch makes it easy for youth to design games. Secret Agent Spy Camp – $147
Spying is an ancient art and profession with a history stretching back thousands of years. In fact, ever since there have been secrets, there have been spies trying to find out those secrets!
Spying is all about getting information that others do not want to share. To know what an enemy or rival is thinking, planning, or building can be important. Whole governments and countries may flourish or perish as a result.
This camp is all about spies; what they do and how they do it. Each day has several activities that will give the “spies-in-training” an opportunity to think and act like a spy. There will be games, codes-breaking, role-playing, physical fitness, memory activities, pattern activities.

Sound Effects For Film: A Week of Foley – $147
During the duration of this camp, we will analyze films and animations for the sounds that make the movie come to life: footsteps, slaps, sword fights, the sound of wind through the trees. After we watch some films and come up with ideas of how the sounds were created, we will take some silent films and animations and add sound effects to them using a recording device – at the end of the week, we’ll watch what we’ve come up with.
Self Defense Camp – $127

Spongebob Academy – $147
What really goes on in Spongebob’s world under the sea? We will find out in this camps that will have a lot of hands-on Oceanography and other Spongebob related topics.
In this camp, we will learn about the different animals and habitats under the ocean and our part in keeping it in good condition. We will sometimes cook a little (make our own Krabby Patties and a few other delicacies), we will play games, like Dolphin Splash and we will also dissect a few animals, like crabs and squid. We will even learn a little bit about mythology, when we learn about King Neptune.
Story Telling & Performing – $127

Kodu lets kids create games on the PC and Xbox via a simple visual programming language. Kodu can be used to teach creativity, problem solving, storytelling, as well as programming. Students will take home a flash drive with their game files on the last day of class. Games created in class work on PC machines only and can’t be uploaded to the Xbox console, but students learn how those games are created.
Video Game Design – Scratch – $127

Come learn the tricks of the trade to be able to do voice over acting and be creative in creating your own characters’ voices. Students will practice how to express themselves in a character when only their voices can be heard.

This is definitely not mommy’s yoga practice! Children derive enormous benefit from yoga and mindfulness practice, it enhances their ability to focus and learn, teaches them to focus on the present moment, brings them awareness of others and their surroundings, gives them tools to help navigate the sea of emotions, as well as the physical aspects of flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness.
